Per Diem (as needed) Driver at Duffy?s Napa Valley Rehab needed.

Duffy?s Napa Valley Rehab is growing and seeking to immediately hire an on call Per Diem (as needed) Driver to provide transportation services for guests in our residential treatment program.

Located in Calistoga in the beautiful Napa Valley, Duffy?s has been treating adults with drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years. Considered a leader in the field of drug and alcohol treatment, our compassionate and caring program provides our guests with the newest advances in addiction.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Adheres to facility confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Drives facility vehicle to transport guest, supplies and/or equipment, and visitors or staff as needed.
  • Ensures all passengers in vehicle are wearing seat belts and adhere to no smoking or eating policy in facility vehicle.
  • Drives facility vehicle within state and federal driving laws.
  • Document trip mileage.
  • Ensure vehicle?s gas tank is full at the end of shift.
  • Report any malfunctions or needed maintenance of facility vehicle.
  • Clean the interior of the vehicle at the end of your trip.

Minimum Training and Experience:

  1. Education ? High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
  2. Experience ? Previous experience as a driver preferred.
  3. License ? Valid Driver?s License with no restrictions
  4. Special Requirements ? Knowledge of 12 step programs and substance abuse preferred.
  5. Age/Gender Specifics ? Ability to work with male or female guest?s substance abuse population.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
